Next, your doctor will assess your symptoms, diagnose health issues or answer questions via secure in-app messaging (with photo and video capabilities, if required) giving you all the time you need to express your concerns. Most cases are resolved simply through text-based dialogue, making it the simplest way to get treatment where and when you need it.

Finally, your doctor will explain your diagnosis and treatment and ensure your questions have been answered. You can even ask about more than one health concern within the same visit.
