To provide patients primary care around the clock, 98point6 leverages machine learning and automation, helping doctors optimize and complete tasks that don't require direct physician interaction. Rather than having doctors handle administrative tasks, 98point6's AI technology does it for them. Patient profiles are automatically built and the 98point6 system learns from each visit, avoiding redundancy. As a result, 98point6 members consistently experience an in-app resolution rate above 90 percent.

The news comes on the heels of the company’s announcement of nationwide availability earlier this year. Last month, Banner|Aetna selected 98point6 as its virtual primary care solution bringing the total number of members under contract to over 250,000 since the launch of the service last year.
