What services are available to Allina Health | Aetna members through 98point6?

Allina Health | Aetna members have access to U.S.- based, care teams, including board-certified physicians who can answer questions, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, outline care options and order prescriptions or lab tests as appropriate. They can also help members better understand any primary care condition.

Which Allina Health | Aetna members are able to use 98point6 and where can they use it?

Members of most Allina Health | Aetna fully-insured plans and members of certain self-funded plans will have access to 98point6. 98point6 is available across all 50 states & Washington, D.C.

If needed, can 98point6 doctors write a prescription or order a lab for Allina Health | Aetna members?

Yes, 98point6 doctors can prescribe medications and order labs as appropriate. At the end of the visit, if the doctor determines a prescription is part of a care plan, they can send it to the member’s pharmacy. 98point6 does not prescribe opioids or other controlled substances. Lab orders are sent to the lab facility and 98point6 will contact the member to follow up with a doctor when results are available.

What kind of device do Allina Health | Aetna members need to access 98point6?

Members can use their iOS or Android mobile device to download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Older mobile phone versions (such as flip phones) cannot be used to access 98point6.

What are the hours of operation for 98point6?

98point6 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No appointments are necessary. Members simply open the 98point6 app on their phone to start their visit.

Can I use 98point6 to seek care for potential COVID-19 symptoms such as dry cough, tiredness or fever?

Does 98point6 support languages other than English?

Yes, 98point6 offers support for other languages during a visit. Physicians are supported by interpreters in over 350 languages who connect with the patient via audio within the app to assist with your medical evaluation. Other parts of the 98point6 experience, including the Automated Assistant and your Care Plan, are currently only available in English.

What are the 98point6 Registration Contest Details & Rules?

At certain times of the year, we give new registrants to 98point6 the chance to win a $5 Starbucks gift card. Participants must create a 98point6 account between the established timeframe (March 13-April 7, 2023) as indicated on the promotional piece.

Must be 18 years or older (19 in Nebraska). Maximum of one winner per household. Must reside in the United States.
This drawing is only offered to Allina members who appear in our system and who create a 98point6 account during the contest period.
Contest period begins on March 13 and runs through April 7, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (PDT).
98point6 reserves the right to refuse any registration for any reason.
No assignment, transfer or substitution of the prize is permitted. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winners of the prizes will be selected by 98point6 from all individuals who complete the contest registration process during the contest period. Winners will be selected on the “through DATE” indicated at or before 11:59 p.m. (PDT). Winners of the contest will be notified by email or by mail at last known physical address on file. Prizes will be awarded on or before the “through DATE” indicated at or before 11:59 p.m. (PDT).
Winners must meet all eligibility requirements as required by 98point6.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The winners agree to accept the prize “as is.”
