This option is included in select collection card screenings and allows participants to have access to 98point6 for 3 months from the day they receive their results. Participants can start a visit from anywhere, 24/7, with a physician to get on-demand diagnosis and treatment, ask questions about their screening results, have prescriptions sent to their local pharmacy or receive electronic lab orders for further testing. There is no charge for this service; it will be included in the self-collection card screening cost. The basic program is not included in PSC, on-site, or Physician Results Form screenings. There is an additional charge per person screened to add the Basic option to these modalities.*
*Buy-up Option: Employer may transition to the Virtual Care Unlimited option from the Basic option in the middle of their program, if desired. The employer will be charged for the Unlimited program once the transition is made.

This option allows participants to have 24/7 access to 98point6 for 12 months from the Quest Employer Population Health Master Service Agreement start date. Employers are billed per participant, per month for all eligible participants.

Participants can use their iOS or Android mobile device to download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
What are the hours of operation for 98point6?
98point6 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No appointments are necessary. Participants simply open the 98point6 app on their phone to start their visit.
If needed, can 98point6 doctors write a prescription or order a lab for participants?
Yes, 98point6 doctors can prescribe medications and order labs as appropriate. At the end of the visit, if the doctor determines a prescription is part of a care plan, they can send it to the participants’s pharmacy. 98point6 does not prescribe opioids or other controlled substances. Lab orders are sent to the lab facility and 98point6 will contact the participant to follow up with a doctor when results are available.
