Reminder

98point6 is text-based primary care that’s available anytime, from anywhere. The experience begins on-demand and immediately with an Automated Assistant. A physician joins the visit after the Automated Assistant has gathered details about your symptoms or health questions. Physician times to join the visit have increased and vary based on the rising demand related to coronavirus.

How we're responding

This is an unprecedented time and 98point6 is taking action to address the increases in volume while preserving the patient experience, including:

  • Introducing our COVID-19 Assessment Tool
    Our Assessment Tool follows Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and takes patients through questions to help them know what to do next. The Assessment is available on-demand within the app. (Members see link at the top of the app Home screen. New users will see the Assessment as they are introduced to the bot.)
  • Increasing our number of doctors
    We've tripled the size of our physician team since the onset of the pandemic and will continue to surge staff as necessary to keep delivering patients timely, high-quality care.
  • Making Improvements to our Automated Assistant
    We’re making ongoing updates to our bot that will help further streamline visits related to respiratory (and additional) issues.
