Jeffrey Greenstein

Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder and Chairman

Jeff Greenstein brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the financial industry, deep knowledge navigating rapidly changing business environments and expertise building strategic relationships. He is the former co-founder and CEO of Quellos Group LLC, a global alternative investment firm that managed in excess of $25 billion on behalf of leading institutional and private investors worldwide and was ultimately acquired by BlackRock. Jeff also served as the president of YIS Capital, a Seattle-based diversified private investment firm that focuses on alternative assets.

Jeff is strongly committed and active in a broad range of philanthropic activities. He and his wife support many local, national and international initiatives. In 2010, they founded the Greenstein Family Foundation to further their humanitarian objectives. This Seattle-based charitable foundation concentrates on driving meaningful change in the core areas of basic community needs, healthcare, education, the arts and Jewish continuity. Jeff holds a BA from the University of Washington, has four young adult children and lives in Bellevue with his wife, Judy, and their two dogs.

Jay Burrell

President

Jay Burrell joined 98point6 in 2020, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience at some of the world’s most successful companies, with a focus on leveraging transformative technology trends. Most recently, Jay was the SVP of Digital Technology for GE Healthcare. He also served as the Global Vice President of the IBM Cloud and was the General Manager of the Microsoft Communications Sector. Jay has a BS from St. Michael’s College and an MBA from the University of Dallas. Married with three adult children, Jay lives in the Seattle area but spends as much time as practical in his happy place: Sun Valley, Idaho.

Brad Younggren, MD

Chief Medical Officer & President, Care Innovation

Brad Younggren, MD joined 98point6 in 2017, bringing nearly 20 years of experience working as a physician, most recently serving as chief medical officer at Cue. He also served as chief medical officer at Shift Labs and Mobisante. Brad still practices as an emergency physician at EvergreenHealth and is medical director of emergency preparedness, trauma and urgent care. He received his BA from UCLA and his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He has earned both a Bronze Star and the Combat Medic Badge for his service in Iraq as a United States Army physician. Brad enjoys traveling through Central America with his twin daughters and is passionate about designing global health solutions.

Angelo Gray

Chief Financial Officer

Angelo Gray joined 98point6 in 2021, bringing more than a decade of finance leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Angelo served as a regional chief financial officer for DaVita, one of the largest providers of kidney care services in the U.S., leading the finance function for the Northwest operating group. Prior to that, he was a vice president in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, executing financings and M&A transactions for corporate clients across various subsectors of healthcare. Angelo graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a BS in mechanical engineering, and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. He currently lives in Seattle with his wife, daughter and French bulldog, Henri.

Melanie Curtice

General Counsel

Melanie Curtice joined 98point6 in 2020 as Associate General Counsel, bringing more than 20 years experience acting as a key advisor to health tech companies, with a focus on working with employers and health plans. Previously, she was a partner at Perkins Coie’s Seattle headquarters, where she served as the go-to outside counsel for 98point6 for all matters related to ERISA, health plans and employee benefits.

Melanie holds a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BA from California State Polytechnic University. Additionally, she was appointed to serve on the first governing board of the Washington Health Benefit Exchange.

In her spare time, Melanie serves on the Seattle Arts & Lectures Board of Directors, bikes, hikes and scuba dives.
